Gratitude with Cause.
At the Saint Michael Trust, we invest in foundational causes that open new possibilities and build the systems required for lasting change. Our focus areas include Special Needs, Educational Access, and Medical Enrichment, including Physician Foundations.

Our Mission
The Saint Michael Trust was established by Marie and Stuart Maschmeier, President of MIT, (Micro Image Technologies, a surgical distribution company) to identify and uplift impactful causes and physician foundations.
Built on the belief that supporting such causes is an expression of gratitude by those blessed with the ability to give, the Trust operates as a “virtual charity bank.”
We ensure that 100% of your tax-free donations go directly to the causes we support; we do not profit from the Trust, as our goal is simply to spread goodwill and positive light within our communities.
To ensure the highest standards of stewardship, the Saint Michael Trust is a component fund of the Greater Cincinnati Foundation, which manages the Trust’s assets and administrative distribution.

The MIT Connection: Purpose-Driven Surgical Solutions
As the philanthropic division of MIT, a portion of MIT’s profits is reinvested into the Trust annually. This model allows our clients to feel proud that their investment will benefit our local communities and physician causes while also providing superior surgical equipment to their patients.
Because when we are all aligned, we can achieve better outcomes.
Make a donation today and positively impact someone’s life tomorrow!
